SMART Goals in MA

I work in a very small district in MA without other art teachers to discuss SMART goals with. Would any of you be willing to? I am feeling the void!

    I teach in VA and this is our second year doing SMART goals. I totally understand the feeling! How are yours coming along?

    Thanks for your response! I have written my SMART goals and they were approved by my principal. I would like to discuss content a bit more with you if you are willing but would rather do it in e-mail so I can write more lengthy. I want to spend time on this during our Christmas break.
