This is the template I created for my generic syllabus for my 7th-12th grade art classes. I managed to simplify 4 pages worth of information down to a front and back syllabus. The attached document shows the syllabi I used for this 2016-2017 school year and the four electives I have taught, as well as my every year 7th grade and Studio Art class.
