No feedback for this other than "it's awesome" . You wrote that you use this for daily conferences, it seems like it could be used for a end of marking period assessment, do you complete these at the end of each project?

I make different rubric for each project. This is just for when I get to meet with a student on an individual basis.
When I make the rubrics for projects, it's done with the students' input so that they have some ownership of the assessment process.
Neck complete my rubric for their end of year summative assessments I'll post that too. Thank you so much!

Thanks for sharing. We are being asked to collect more data and to develop individualized student learning objectives. This will help me better track all the little meetings I have. Great job.
