Last Day of School Mixed Grade

I teach 6,7,8th grade. My last week of school is hectic. The eighth graders will be missing many days due to trips, ceremonies, etc. My last week I usually do mini lessons, that end by the end of the period and can be taken home that day. Any ideas or tips? Art games, lessons, review?
