Flawless Watercolour

Using Ted Edinger as inspiration, the students use watercolour, sharpies, cut and paste and layering to create a stunning and virtually flawless watercolour that ANYONE can do! (Yes, I'm Canadian... so it's coloUr!) Attached is a PDF with step by step examples.

THE PLAN
Watercolor paper
Sharpie Marker
Glue
Paint Brushes
Scissors

1. Fill 3 sheets of watercolour paper using different watercolour wash effects.

2. Once dry, use a permanent marker to draw shapes on 2 of the water colour paper. The shapes will create a simple pattern or an abstract arrangement.

3. Cut out shapes.

4. Arrange the shapes onto the third piece of watercolour paper and glue down
