1. Save about 3-5 minutes at the end of class after clean up.
2. Allow students to reflect and complete their slip.
3. Encourage complete sentences.
This is used in a choice based classroom but can be edited to fit your grade level or classroom needs.
I use this check out with my upper elementary students. (3rd-5th)
