Character Redesign

Students will take what they know about a famous character and throw it out the window. As of right now they are the creator. Their goal is to redesign a well known character from animation, comics, or video games.

THE PLAN
2 sessions; 30 minutes per session

1. SWBAT redesign a famous character from animation, comics, or video games.

1. Drawing paper
2. Pencil
3. Markers
4. Colored pencils
5. Ink pens

1. Decide on a character you plan to redesign. Really think outside the box to make this character different from the original.

2. Draw and color your character.

Students will be assessed based on how different they make their characters from the original.
