This is a useful resource if your students enter more than one show a year. I have different students each quarter, so I would need a slightly different format because our time frame is so short- three months.
This application helps us organize and select which artworks will go to each art show we participate in each year. Students can submit up to three (or more) artworks for consideration. This way we know that we're not sending too many of one type of work to a certain show. Additionally, it is a great resource for mailing out invitations to parents, creating tags for works, and for general organization. A release form is also integrated into this form. When we receive the forms back from students we alphabetize them in a 3-ring binder.
