This resources brings together the colorful accomplishment of the sticker chart with tracking student data. This chart is divided by unit (in my case media) and with the learning objective and behavior columns. Students place a sticker in the section when they can say "I Got it!" to a learning objective, or have a whole week without behavior issues (can work with any system!)

This resource was created in order to satisfy a growth tracking document known as a "Data Folder" as a part of the Continuous Improvement program in my district. The mission of this resource is to house daily used space for warm ups, stating our learning objective, space for planning our projects, examples and space for critique activities, reflection on finished projects, and a final tracking page to show progress over a year. Doc 1- The Cover is left mostly blank, and each grade level will have their own drawing assignment to complete their cover. The cover page color will also help organize databooks by grade level (ex: 2nd grade books all red, 3rd grade books all orange, 4th yellow, etc). Doc 2- This doc will be pages one and two double-sided. Page 1 warm ups will be conducted as soon as the students enter the room. Page 2 will be for stating our "I CAN" learning objective and sketch space for project planning. Doc 3- This doc will be pages three and four double-sided. Critique activities will change frequently, so I have provided four examples of what critique activities could look like. The reflection page is half coloring the picture for "yes" or "no" if they achieved the goal, and the second half is for written (or drawn for a challenge) reflection. Doc 4- This is the back cover used for tracking for the year. My units are organized by medium, but you could replace the pictures with numbers if yours are different. Students color in the picture if they achieved the goal of each category. NOTE: Repeat docs 2 and 3 for each unit. I have nine units, so I would have 1 cover page, 9 copies of docs 2 and 3, and 1 back cover page. Please comment with any questions or corrections since this is my first posted doc!
