Student fill out the top half of the form when class starts explaining what they will create, and what mediums they will use. They will also give an inspiration behind their choice.
At the end of class students will write sentences explaining how they met their goal.
Students get credit for answering each question using sentences. They will add a quick sketch of the work they accomplished that day. Teacher will observe and make suggestions through the period, but all decisions are ultimately the students'.
I use with high school, but can be used with trusted younger ages as well.
