b. How do I fill out?
3. Students will fill out & revise planner as they work on their project.
Self assessment to fill out by student on back.
Teacher will fill out similar assessment of student work.
Teacher may copy & revise document as needed.
For older students think about adding a 2nd revision section.
I received the original planner at a TAB Conference used in Middle School. I have edited/adapted it for use in the Elementary art room.
