I like that you have created it in MSWord so that it can be customized. Spelling note: you ring a bell, but you wring a sponge.
At the beginning of the school year, I modify and change this list. I print one off for every class and in the first day/few weeks, as I cover each rule and procedure, I check it off my list with that class until I've covered them all!
